Can I edit my profile information?

Address change:

  1. Log into your Rosita® USA account with your email address and password

  2. Navigate to the left side of the screen and find the "My Addresses"

  3. Click on the "Add Address" button to add a new address, or click on the "Edit" button to edit a current address

  4. Please be accurate when adding this information so we can offer a smooth delivery

  5. Make sure to check the "Set as default address"  box if this is your preferred shipping default address

  6. Click the "Save" button to save



Name change:

 

  1. Log into your Rosita® USA account with your email address and password

  2. Navigate to the left side of the screen and click on "My Profile"

  3. Click on the "Manage Addresses" button

  4. Click the "Edit" button to update your name in the address area

  5. Click the "Save" button to save your information


Change password:

  1. Log into your Rosita® USA account with your email address and password

  2. Navigate to the left side of the screen and click on "My Profile"

  3. Click on the "Reset Password" button. A link to reset your password will be sent to the email address on file with Rosita® USA

  4. Click the link in this email to update your password accordingly
