How to Swap Products in Your Subscription

If you’d like to swap a product in your subscription for a different item, you can easily make changes through your account. Follow the steps below to update your subscription.


Steps to Swap a Product in Your Subscription

  1. Go to www.rositausa.com and log in to your account with your email address and password.

  2. Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" section.

  3. Select the item you want to modify under the “Manage subscriptions” tab.

  4. On the subscription details page, locate the “Swap this for a different product” option and select

  5. Find the product you wish to swap and click on it.

  6. Click “Swap”.

  7. To save the change, click “Swap product”.

  8. The next scheduled order will now reflect the new product.

 

Additional Notes

  • Swapping a product will not change your billing cycle or frequency.

  • If your new product has a different price, the updated amount will be reflected in your next billing.

  • Make sure your payment method is up to date to ensure a smooth transition.
