Picking up your parcel

Many times delays can occur with orders. In some instances, you may wish to pick your parcel up at the nearest courier warehouse location. This can be arranged for a small fee if your package has already been shipped.

Picking up your parcel can be quicker than delivery at times, especially when the weather is bad. This request can be made about your package through the courier sites, Rosita® USA cannot make these arrangements for your package once it has shipped.

Add your tracking number to see delivery options. This only applies to orders in motion and that have left our warehouse. Any other address changes can be made in your account before you place your order.
