Heavy metals in Ratfish Liver Oil are tested periodically throughout the year. Rosita® conducts this testing less frequently because results have consistently shown non-detectable levels.
This is largely due to the nature of ratfish. As bottom dwellers, any heavy metals they encounter tend to accumulate in the fillet rather than the liver.
